Introducing Lisa Campopiano: She's a dog mom, partner to a super-hot manfriend (her words...), proud step-mama to a young man, hard-working career woman, loud laugher, dreamer, entrepreneur, lover of life.. and a “connector”. And what that means is: She's always been someone who connects people. Lisa can look back over the years and most of her life events (houses, relationships, jobs, businesses created, friends) have all been a result of a connection. In 2019, Lisa was riding the commuter rail to Boston on her way to work, and the light bulb went off and she thought: “I am going to start a community networking organization. Yup, that’s it. It’s decided.” And ta da! Here we are! She bought the domain name THAT DAY.
Lisa is Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Account Management at a Boston based technology firm. She has also held numerous leadership positions for technology companies, started a small business, helped many as a career coach, and connected with thousands of people throughout her life.
Lisa sincerely believes that “If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hand.” (credit: Bob Proctor). When asked how she feels about the launch of W.O.M.E.N: "I have been holding this idea in my head now for quite some time, and I can’t fully express how excited I am to finally hold it in my hand."
Together, let's empower women.

When you FIRST meet Gina Montgomery you will know right away why Lisa knocked on her door to say "Do this with me!" Gina is so incredibly smart and talented but humble and kind before all else. A dog mama to two adorable labs, wife to an incredible husband, successful career woman, food enthusiast and weekend chef in her own kitchen, travel lover, a problem solver by nature and a super fast talker (because she sincerely knows something about every topic you throw at her.) Gina's giggle and positive energy will wrap you up in a blanket and make you feel "home" from the moment you meet her.
Gina is enjoying life with a successful career as the Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff for a large digital experience company. In her past she has held various positions in leadership for numerous prestigious firms and has a Masters and Bachelors from Northeastern University. She has lived in Metrowest MA for most of her life and is eager to connect with more like-minded women in our area.

It's quite obvious when you meet Karen Penticost why Lisa said "Please join me on this journey" . Karen is gregarious, fun, and passionate about what she believes in and stands for. "Family first" (that includes her dogs) is Karen's motto and you'll see she embodies that throughout her life. Karen has a shoe collection that could compete with Imelda Marcos, a relentless craving for chocolate, and we're confident she would be the first one on the floor, while wearing a suit, snuggling a rescue puppy if one walked in the door.
Karen began her journey in the technology industry purely by accident and hasn't looked back. She has held a wide range of leadership positions with companies in New England and across the US and has won numerous awards for her contributions. Today Karen is the Vice President of Development & Operations for a successful provider of business and technology consulting services in New England. Karen belongs to a few women lead technology groups and says that "nothing gives you more energy than a cappuccino and a room full of inspiring women".
Karen is thrilled to be a part of this new adventure. Please say hello when you come to our next gathering!
